At It’s So San Diego, we want you to love every purchase that celebrates our city’s creative spirit. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our simple return and exchange policy below.
🕒 Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
✅ Eligible Items
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused apparel (with original tags attached)
- Defective or damaged items (must be reported within 7 days of receipt)
- Incorrect orders (wrong size, design, or color)
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Customized or personalized products
- Downloadable digital items (e.g., design files or e-courses)
🔄 Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange your item if the product is still in stock.
Simply contact us at support@itssosandiego.com before sending anything back so we can confirm availability.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll get an email notification.
Approved refunds are automatically processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
📦 How to Start a Return
- Email returns@itssosandiego.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and instructions.
- Package your item securely and include your original packing slip.
- Ship to the return address provided in your authorization email.
🚚 Return Shipping
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return shipping.
- For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
